To meet the needs of on-the-go consumers, Kraft Foods, Northfield, Ill, is rolling out new Philly Mini Tubs in four varieties, Plain, Reduced-Fat Plain, Chive and Onion, and Strawberry.

The snap-apart individual containers of Philadelphia cream cheese make the introduction convenient for consumers who want to snack at the office or away from home.  The products have good nutritional values as well. The regular cream cheese 1.25-ounce mini tubs weigh in at 100 calories each while the reduced fat weighs in at 80 calories.

The product line began rolling out in January.

The suggested retail price per four individually packaged snap-apart 1.25-ounce tubs is $1.79.
